人民财讯8月18日电，国瓷材料(300285)8月18日晚间公告，公司近日与王琰签署了《合作协议》。公司拟与王琰共同投资设立合资公司，专注于固态电池相关材料的研发、生产和销售。合资公司的注册资本为1000万元，公司将以自有资金出资800万元，占合资公司注册资本的80%。国瓷材料同日披露2025年半年报，公司上半年实现归母净利润3.32亿元，同比增长0.38%，拟每10股派发现金红利0.5元（含税）。
