Tianjin Craneagle Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., based in Tianjin, is a leading provider of air traffic and helicopter simulation solutions. Founded in September 2017 in the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone (Airport Economic Zone), Craneagle leverages favorable local policies and nearly 20 years of industry experience to develop an independently controllable core simulation platform.

Building on this foundation, Craneagle has established four major product lines: high-level helicopter training systems, eVTOL engineering simulation and verification platforms, UAV application simulation equipment, and general aviation experience devices. 招聘岗位

气动工程师 | Aerodynamics Engineer

任职要求 Job Requirements：

3年以上工作经验，本科及以上学历，飞行器设计、流体力学、空气动力学等专业；
Over 3 years of experience, with a Bachelor's degree or above , Fluid Mechanics, Aerodynamics, or related fields；

有直升机研发经验，了解其气动特性及设计方法者优先；
Helicopter R&D experience and knowledge of rotorcraft aerodynamic design is a plus；

熟练掌握C/C++和MATLAB，具备旋翼气动仿真经验；
Proficient in C/C++ and MATLAB, with experience in rotor aerodynamic simulation；

掌握至少一种主流CFD分析软件；
Skilled in at least one mainstream CFD software；

飞控工程师 | Flight Control Engineer

任职要求 Job Requirements：

本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化等专业；

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or related fields；

熟悉飞控系统原理与架构，了解飞行动力学及控制理论，掌握飞控算法与多传感器数据融合技术；
Familiar with flight control system principles and architecture; understands flight dynamics and control theory; experienced in flight control algorithms and sensor fusion；

熟练使用C/C++编程、Matlab/Simulink仿真工具。
Proficient in C/C++ programming and Matlab/Simulink simulation tools.

软件工程师 | Software Engineer

任职要求 Job Requirements：

3年以上软件开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业；

Over 3 years of software development experience, with a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or related fields；

具备C/C++语言编程基础，熟悉C++(11/14)标准库；
Solid programming foundation in C/C++, familiar with the C++11/14 standard libraries；

掌握CMake、Visual Studio 2015/2017/2019等开发工具；

Proficient in CMake and Visual Studio 2015/2017/2019 development tools；

掌握气动性能、操纵品质、航电系统、发动机系统等相关飞机机载系统工作原理者优先；
Candidates with knowledge of aerodynamic performance, handling qualities, avionics systems, or engine systems are preferred；

熟悉ARINC-708、ARINC-453、ARINC-739、ARINC-429等航空通讯协议并有相关开发经验者优先。
Familiarity and development experience with aviation communication protocols like ARINC-708, ARINC-453, ARINC-739, and ARINC-429 is a plus.

电子工程师 | Electronics Engineer

任职要求 Job Requirements：

3年以上相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化等相关专业；
Over 3 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree or above, Communications, Automation, or related fields；

熟悉数字电路、模拟电路、CPLD/FPGA/DSP及数字通信原理；
Solid understanding of digital / analog circuits,

CPLD/FPGA/DSP, and digital communication；

熟练掌握成熟的电子通信协议解决方案，如CAN总线、ARINC429总线等；
Proficient in established communication protocols like CAN bus and ARINC429 bus；

熟悉硬件开发流程和技术标准，能够独立完成硬件设计、调试和测试工作。
Familiar with hardware development processes and standards, capable of independent design, debugging, and testing.

电气工程师 | Electrical Engineer

任职要求 Job Requirements：

自动化或机电一体化相关专业，持有电工特种作业操作证者优先；

Majored in Automation or Mechatronics; electrician work certificate is a plus；

熟练使用电气设计软件进行配电及控制柜设计；
Proficient in using electrical design software for power distribution and control cabinet design；

熟悉各种自动化电气产品，精通PLC控制系统设计（数字、模拟、伺服）；
Familiar with automation electrical components, skilled in designing PLC-based digital, analog, and servo systems；

熟悉倍福、西门子、汇川等PLC编程与应用；
Experienced in programming and applying PLCs such as Beckhoff, Siemens, Inovance；

动手能力强，能独立完成电气设备组装调试；
Strong hands-on skills for electrical assembly and debugging；

熟练使用办公软件进行设计文档、BOM清单整理等。
Proficient in office tools for design documentation and BOM preparation.

仿真工程师 | Simulation Engineer

任职要求 Job Requirements：

熟练使用C/C++、Matlab/Simulink、Scade等仿真开发工具；

Proficient in C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, and Scade for simulation development；

掌握Linux操作命令与网络配置知识；
Knowledge of Linux commands and network configuration；

掌握软件开发流程；
Familiar with software development workflows；

熟悉飞机气动性能、操纵品质、航电系统、发动机系统等原理者优先；
Understanding of aircraft aerodynamic performance, control quality, avionics, and engine systems is preferred；

熟悉并有ARINC708、ARINC453、ARINC739、ARINC429、AFDX等协议开发经验者优先。
Experience with ARINC708, ARINC453, ARINC739, ARINC429, and AFDX protocols is a plus.

航电工程师 | Avionics Engineer

任职要求 Job Requirements：

本科及以上学历，航空航天、电子工程、计算机科学、自动化等专业；
Bachelor's degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Automation；

熟练掌握C/C++、MATLAB/Simulink，具备良好的编程规范；
Proficient in C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink, with strong coding standards；

熟悉版本管理工具，如git/SVN；
Familiar with version control tools like Git/SVN；

熟悉ARINC708、ARINC453、ARINC739、ARINC429、AFDX等航空协议并有开发经验者优先。

任职要求 Job Requirements：

航空工程或管理相关背景，有航空航天或仿真行业经验者优先；
