财联社8月15日电，据央视新闻，当地时间8月15日，俄罗斯紧急情况部门称，梁赞州希洛夫斯基区“埃拉斯特克”工厂火药车间发生爆炸，引发火灾，已造成3人死亡、20人受伤。该火药车间建筑已完全损毁。
