根据胜利东街改造工程施工进度安排，2025年8月16日至8月26日将占用胜利东街与东中环路交叉口进行综合管线衔接，届时，东中环路与胜利东街路口将封闭施工，禁止机动车通行，非机动车及行人可在施工预留通道内通行。途径车辆可跨东中环高架桥通行，也可在涧河路、东峰路绕行。
