观点网讯：8月15日据报道，KK集团起诉名创优品及其关联公司涉嫌抢注旗下“THE COLORIST”商标并构成不正当竞争一案，将于9月1日在法院迎来一审开庭。
该案并非KK集团首次维权。此前，集团已就“THE COLORIST”商标在国内被抢注以及“WOW COLOUR”与“THE COLORIST”门店装潢近似问题提起诉讼，并取得阶段性胜诉。
