8月14日，网曝德明古镇一环卫工拉着一车垃圾桶正在擦拭，周围多名工作人员拿着表格看着。对此，记者采访德明古镇工作人员表示，“这个确实在公共场合不妥。视频中考核人员看着很散漫，给人不好的观感。我们已经反映给领导看看有没有更好的考核方式。”
