记者从泸水市应急管理局获悉，8月13日，称杆乡堵堵洛村持续降雨天气引发自然灾害。截至目前，灾害导致1人遇难3人失联，搜救及核查工作仍在持续进行中。现场已紧急避险转移安置120人。
