血肠汤饭(순대국밥) 的汤底是猪骨汤。汤中血肠是主角，猪肝、猪心等内脏和猪头肉是配角。撒上满满的葱花和紫苏籽粉，香味更上一层楼。
感觉还不错的样子。
应该还是挺好吃的。
