IT之家 2 月 13 日消息，Arm 指令集服务器 / 数据中心处理器制造商 Ampere Computing 的 AmpereOne 系列处理器采用的是 FCLGA5964 插槽，可提供至多 256 个 CPU 核心。
德国散热制造商 ARCTIC 现已推出面向 AmpereOne 系列处理器的 Freezer 4U-OneX 风冷散热器。该型号延续了 Freezer 4U 系列服务器风冷的厚单塔 + 推挽式双风扇设计，拥有 8 根 6mm 热管，兼容 53mm 高度内存条。
IT之家注意到，为适应 AmpereOne 独特的内凹式顶部布局，Freezer 4U-OneX 调整了底部设计，同时随附用于核心散热的 MX-7 硅脂和与顶盖接触的导热垫。
