中国金融租赁(02312)发布公告，经进一步考虑公司之业务及发展情况，董事会建议将公司英文名称由“China Financial Leasing Group Limited”更改为“Long Corp”，并采用中文名称“Long集团”作为其新双重外文名称，以取代其现有中文名称“中国金融租赁集团有限公司”(“新建议更改公司名称”)，而非采用最初建议更改公司名称。
