财联社8月13日电，据新华社，季风导致的极端天气近来持续影响印度北部喜马偕尔邦，已造成240人丧生。报道说，该邦灾害管理部门12日发布报告说，遇难者中有125人死于山体滑坡、山洪暴发等强降雨引发的灾害，115人死于灾害天气影响造成的交通事故。喜马偕尔邦在24小时内有330条道路和198条电力线路中断。
