格隆汇8月13日丨建业地产(00832.HK)公布，2025年7月份，集团取得物业合同销售额人民币5.2亿元，同比减少为15.9%；合同销售建筑面积81,082平方米，同比减少为8.1%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,426元，同比减少为8.5%。
截至2025年7月31日止7个月，集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币49.7亿元，同比减少为3.0%；总合同销售建筑面积788,978平方米，同比增加为3.5%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,293元，同比减少为6.3%。
