8月13日早，不少网友在社交平台发文，吐槽北京移动的网“崩了”：5G巨慢，APP连不上网，微信小程序也打不开。还有网友怀疑是自己手机坏了，重启多次后网络依然有故障。
随后，@北京移动10086热线 在微博发文回应表示，“8月13日早间，北京移动少量用户出现无法使用个别APP或小程序的情况。我们正在积极排查中，尽快逐步恢复。”
