格隆汇8月12日丨广立微(301095.SZ)公布，公司以自有资金通过全资子公司SMTX TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD(广立微电子(新加坡)有限公司)收购LUCEDA NV.(简称“LUCEDA”或“标的公司”)100%的股权。本次交易完成后，公司将通过SMTX TECHNOLOGIESSINGAPORE PTE.LTD持有LUCEDA100.00%的股权。
