8月12日，广和通（300638）发布公告，宣布对2023年限制性股票激励计划的限制性股票回购价格进行调整。根据公司于2025年8月11日召开的董事会和监事会会议决定，回购价格由10.75元/股调整为10.4元/股。
2025年一季度，广和通实现收入18.56亿元，归母净利润1.18亿元。
