8月12日，上海机场方面消息，上海虹桥机场和浦东机场今（8月12日）起优化出入口安检措施，进候机楼时不再进行人身和行李安检，只保留行李防爆检测。
在此之前，乘客在上海两个机场搭乘航班时，除了需在登机前接受安检，还要在进入航站楼时就安检一次。国内其他机场有的与上海机场类似，有的只在航站楼入口处进行行李防爆检测。
