新京报讯 据北京怀柔官微消息，怀柔区气象台2025年08月12日15时25分升级发布暴雨橙色预警信号：预计，当前至13日08时，怀柔区部分地区小时雨强将超过70毫米，局地6小时降雨量可达100毫米以上，山区及浅山区可能出现强降水诱发的山洪、泥石流、滑坡等次生灾害，低洼地区可能出现积水，请注意防范。
