孤峰山登仙石位于临猗县北景乡马家窑村东北2000米孤峰山南麓。明代石刻，在东西长5米，南北宽3.3米，高约6米的巨石上。阳刻楷书“登仙石”三字，字径0.8米，首题“唐吕翁真人古跡”，落款为“皇明都御史何东序”。2012年被临猗县人民政府公布为第二批县级文物保护单位。
