凯德腾飞房地产信托（CapitaLand Ascendas REIT）8月11日宣布，拟收购位于英国主要物流枢纽东米德兰兹的两块永久产权土地。该项目将在Manton Wood和Towcester地块上开发共计四个新的物流地产，预计总投资成本近3.5亿新元（约合2.04亿英镑）。
