人民财讯8月10日电，佳创视讯(300264)8月10日晚间公告，8月7日，公司控股股东、实控人陈坤江与李莉、毛广甫签署《控制权变更框架协议》。若此次控制权变更事项顺利推进并实施完成，公司控股股东、实控人将由陈坤江变更为毛广甫与李莉夫妇。公司股票8月11日复牌。
