四、医院确诊三步走

1. B超现原形

医生用仪器扫肚子，积水在屏幕上显示为黑色暗区。我陪诊时亲眼见过，正常脏器轮廓被液体淹没得像隔了毛玻璃。

2. 抽液验真相

用细针抽取少量腹腔液体，如果是淡黄色或带血丝，基本能锁定问题。过程比打疫苗还快，猫没啥痛苦。
