吉林省水利厅和吉林省气象局8月9日13时28分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险黄色预警。预计8月9日白天至10日白天，珲春市发生山洪灾害的可能性较大，前郭县、蛟河市、延边州地区可能发生山洪灾害。对此吉林省水利厅、省气象局联合提醒，注意防范。
