据国家电网消息，8月7日，国家电网有限公司成功发行100亿元境外人民币债券，其中5年期40亿元、利率1.9%，10年期40亿元、利率2.2%，20年期20亿元、利率2.4%，首次实现央企百亿级规模、20年期品种发行，再创中资企业境外人民币债券成本新低。
