8月8日晚间，香港宽频在港交所公告，中国移动香港有限公司已完成向Twin Holding Ltd收购香港宽频有限公司的股份。根据公告，中国移动香港及其一致行动人士现持有香港宽频442,197,548股股份，相当于公司全部已发行股本的29.90%。公告显示，此次收购事项已于2025年8月8日完成。
