China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle said it has yet to meet Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements and will remain suspended until further notice. The company must resolve the suspension and fully comply with resumption guidance by September 30, 2026, or face delisting. Shares have been suspended since April 1, 2025. The company will continue to publish quarterly updates in the meantime.
