北京商报讯（记者李秀梅）8月7日，弘康人寿保险股份有限公司（以下简称"弘康人寿"）公告称，公司参与举牌港华智慧能源。
弘康人寿表示，本次举牌前，公司直接持有港华智慧能源股票1.81172亿股，占其股本比例为4.9874%。8月4日，公司买入港华智慧能源股票45.8万股触发举牌。本次举牌后，公司直接持有港华智慧能源股票1.8163亿股，占其股本比例为5.00005%。
