8月7日，据国家电投消息，国家电投集团新疆能源化工额敏公司塔城100万千瓦风储项目112台风机基础日前全部浇筑完成，标志着该项目建设取得阶段性成果。该项目是新疆及塔城地区重点项目，规划安装32台单机容量为6.25兆瓦风力发电机组和80台10兆瓦风力发电机组，配套建设250兆瓦/1000兆瓦时储能系统。
