8月3日至4日强降雨过程已结束，各河流、水库运行平稳。根据《甘肃省水利厅水旱灾害防御应急预案》规定，甘肃省水利厅决定自8月5日9时起，终止针对定西市、兰州市、甘南州、临夏州的洪水防御Ⅱ级应急响应；终止针对白银市、武威市的洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应。
