8月2日晚，梅河高速突发交通事故，一辆黑色小客车车头严重变形，斜停于第一车道，后方货车停靠在应急车道内。事故实际发生于K3390+270处（岐岭至登云路段），系客车驾驶员操作不当碰撞护栏所致，司乘人员已安全撤离。
