【财华社讯】51信用卡(02051.HK)公布，公司的英文名称已由"51 Credit Card Inc."更改为"Vala Inc."，而公司的中文双重外文名称"51信用卡有限公司"已不再采纳。概无采纳任何新中文双重外文名称。
鉴于新英文名称及公司已选择不再采纳任何中文双重外文名称，股份在联交所买卖的英文股份简称将由"51 CREDIT CARD"更改为"VALA"，且将不再使用中文股份简称"51信用卡"，亦将不会采纳任何替代中文股份简称，自2025年8月8日上午九时正起生效。公司的股份代号"2051"维持不变。
