财联社8月5日电，湖南省郴州市人民政府近日发布《郴州市国土空间规划管理技术规定》，新版《规定》历时两年半编制完成，共5章217条，包含国土空间规划编制与管控、建设用地规划管理、建设工程规划管理、规划核实及土地核验管理、乡村建设规划管理等内容。从城镇住宅用地指标控制表看，新规对住宅容积率、层高等设定了更严格的上限。其中明确，高层住宅限高26层，容积率不得高于3.1。
