8月4日，开普检测（003008）发布公告，副总经理贺春因自身资金需求，计划在2025年8月27日至2025年11月26日通过集中竞价方式减持不超过39万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.38%。
副总经理、董事会秘书张冉同样因自身资金需求，计划在同一期间通过集中竞价方式减持不超过17万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.16%。
2025年一季度，开普检测实现收入4820万元，归母净利润1624万元。
