北京商报讯（记者 张君花）8月4日，际华集团发布公告称，截至2025年7月31日，公司通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式回购股份数量约1524万股，占公司当前总股本的比例为0.347%，回购成交的最高价为2.73元/股，最低价为2.51元/股，已支付的总金额为约3994万元。
