盐湖股份（000792）发布公告，实际控制人中国五矿集团有限公司于2025年8月4日通过大宗交易增持公司股份5300万股，占公司总股本的1%，增持后其及一致行动人合计控制股份比例达到29.38%。
2025年一季度，盐湖股份实现收入31.19亿元，归母净利润11.45亿元。
