8月4日，惠天热电（000692）发布公告，2025年6月17日至今，公司及控股子公司无新增单笔超过最近一期经审计净资产10%的诉讼案件；累计新增结案件2件，诉讼金额合计11万元，均撤诉。
累计新增公司或控股子公司为被告未结案件30件，诉讼金额合计1827万元，累计新增公司或控股子公司为原告未结案件2件，诉讼金额合计159万元。
上述累计新增涉诉案件金额共计1997万元，超过最近一期经审计净资10%。
2025年一季度，惠天热电实现收入12.04亿元，归母净利润-3701万元。
