广西桂平市应急管理局8月3日晚通报，因近期连续强降雨，2025年8月2日17时30分许，桂平市南木镇家和市场附近靠近河岸的4间待拆危房发生塌陷，这4间待拆危房已于7月份被定为危房待处置，桂平市相关部门和南木镇人民政府已提前组织安全转移人员和房屋内重要物资，并对该区域采取管控措施和安排工作人员进行实时监控。本次事件无人员伤亡。
