怀柔区发布暴雨红色预警
预计4日14时至5日08时，怀柔区将出现暴雨天气，部分地区6小时累积降水量可达150毫米以上，浅山区出现山洪、泥石流、滑坡等灾害的风险极高，低洼地区极易出现积水，请注意防范。
