7月30日，中国太平洋保险（集团）股份有限公司公告称，公司董事会会议审议通过《关于中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司向中国太平洋保险（香港）有限公司增资的议案》，同意中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司向其全资子公司中国太平洋保险（香港）有限公司增资不超过港币15亿元或等值人民币。
