财联社8月4日电，国家发展改革委有关负责人日前表示，近期将加快报批设立新型政策性金融工具。记者注意到，目前，多地已陆续就新型政策性金融工具召开相关会议，以期抢抓政策红利。同时，包括超长期特别国债、新增专项债在内的政府债券发行也有望加快。业内人士预计，多因素支撑下，下半年基建投资将回升，继续发挥托底经济作用。 (中证报)
