8月3日，上海机场（600009）发布公告，公司第九届董事会的任期将于2025年8月7日届满。由于新一届董事会候选人的提名工作尚未完成，董事会换届选举工作将适当延期。现任董事和高级管理人员将继续履行相应的职责和义务。
公告指出，董事会延期换届预计不会影响公司的正常运营，公司将积极推进董事会换届相关工作。
2025年一季度，上海机场实现收入31.72亿元，归母净利润5.19亿元。
