北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，8月2日北京新房网签134套，网签面积8967.5平方米，其中住宅网签59套，网签面积7013.95平方米；二手房网签145套，网签面积11900.52平方米，其中住宅网签129套，网签面积11282.88平方米。
