财联社8月2日电，据上海防汛，预计未来12小时内，全市将出现一小时雨量35毫米以上的短时强降水天气，上海中心气象台已于08月02日14时40分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号。市防汛指挥部决定同步启动全市防汛防台Ⅳ级响应行动。
