财联社8月1日电，夏普对外宣布，已与葵电子株式会社（Aoi）达成资产转让协议。根据协议，夏普将旗下曾用于生产中小尺寸液晶面板的三重事业所第二工厂厂房，以及三重基地的部分土地出售给Aoi，同时还将协助Aoi导入半导体封装产线。
