企查查APP显示，近日，航天时代低空科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增北京航天控制仪器研究所为股东，同时，注册资本由1亿人民币增至约2.82亿人民币。企查查信息显示，该公司成立于2024年11月，法定代表人为王捷敏，经营范围涉及在线数据处理与交易处理业务、通用航空服务、民用航空器驾驶员培训等，由中国航天旗下中国航天时代电子有限公司持股约49.40%。
