8月1日，常熟汽饰（603035）发布公告，公司拟通过全资子公司“常熟汽饰（香港）有限公司（CAIP Hong Kong Limited）”投资的全资子公司“常熟汽饰（卢森堡）有限公司 CAIP（Luxembourg）S.ar.l”在西班牙萨拉戈萨地区投资设立一家全资子公司，子公司名称暂定为“常熟汽饰（西班牙）智能座舱有限公司”。
新公司企业类型为有限责任公司，投资总额2400万欧元，由公司以自有资金出资。
2025年一季度，常熟汽饰实现收入13.38亿元，归母净利润8766万元。
