8月1日，西麦食品（002956）公告称，公司与交通银行股份有限公司宿迁分行于近日签署了《保证合同》。根据该保证合同，公司为全资子公司江苏西麦食品有限责任公司提供担保，保证方式为连带责任保证，担保金额为人民币4,000万元，该担保事项已经公司第三届董事会第十二次会议审议通过。
