财联社8月1日电，国家发改委政策研究室主任蒋毅表示，今年以来全国最高用电负荷已经连续4次创历史新高，国家发展改革委会同各地方和重点企业提前布局，采取了一系列有力措施。在跨区协同方面，全国跨区输送电力最高达到1.48亿千瓦，再创历史新高。
