港股研究社讯，近日，金山云（03896）在资本市场表现强劲，盘中股价一度涨超10%，截至发稿时，涨幅稳定在10.14%，报8.15港元，成交额高达12.11亿港元。
金山云发布公告称，已于2025年7月29日与小米订立了2025年小米合作框架协议。根据协议，金山云将同意购买，而小米同意提供IDC相关服务，初始期限自2025年7月29日起为期三年。同时，金山云还将购买小米出售的网络硬件设备，初始期限同样为一年。
