观点网讯：7月31日，据旭辉集团发布，2025年1-7月于全国27城35个项目交付超1.5万套新房。
其中，成都旭辉天府未来中心三期1-7栋于7月18日交付，入住279户。此前，项目一期已于2023年交付973户，二期已于2024年合计交付980户。
南京熹樾花园二期于7月10日交付，入住100户，4月入住户数为145户。
