华检医疗（01931）发布公告，2025年7月30日，公司与华大共赢（深圳）股权投资基金管理有限公司订立战略合作框架协议，双方将共同建立华检华大共赢创新药知识产权代币化基金（IVD-BGI CoWin）。
该基金将投资于本公司的NewCo+RWAWeb3交易所生态运作模式下的项目。
